About the Role
As the Executive Sous Chef, you will be the operational backbone of our kitchen, responsible for the daily function of all culinary activities. Your day will involve leading a motivated and interactive team, managing schedules, and ensuring that every dish meets our rigorous quality standards. You will serve as a key liaison between the kitchen staff and management, resolving issues, coaching team members, and maintaining professional relations across all departments.
This role demands a leader who can thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. You will work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, often standing for extended periods over hot stoves and grills. Beyond culinary execution, you will manage inventory, oversee sanitation compliance, and ensure the kitchen remains a safe, orderly, and efficient workspace. Your ability to make sound judgments quickly and handle challenges effectively will be essential to maintaining our service levels and team morale.
