We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor kitchen staff while demonstrating advanced culinary skills. Your primary objective is to provide meals with both nutritional value and creative appeal to our residents and guests. You will be responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and will assist in the supervision of all kitchen team members, ensuring high standards for quality, presentation, and dietary needs.
