We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor kitchen staff while demonstrating advanced culinary skills. Your primary objective is to provide meals with both nutritional value and creative appeal to our residents and guests. You will be responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and will assist in the supervision of all kitchen team members.
You will lead the kitchen operations on a standard schedule from Tuesday through Saturday, 10:30 AM to 7 PM. This role emphasizes a healthy work-life balance with no late nights, though occasional flexibility for weekends and holidays is required. You will ensure that every meal is properly cooked, tasty, and attractive, meeting high standards for quality and presentation while strictly adhering to dietary needs and health safety requirements. Your day involves mentoring staff, operating and cleaning food preparation equipment, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly to support our community.
