We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Sous Chef to join our fine dining team. In this role, you will partner with the Executive Chef to manage and mentor kitchen staff while demonstrating advanced culinary skills. Your primary objective is to provide meals with both nutritional value and creative appeal to our residents and guests.
You will be responsible for the proper preparation of the planned menu in the absence of the Executive Chef and assist in the supervision of all kitchen team members. This position offers a standard schedule with no late nights, working full-time Tuesday through Saturday from 10:30 AM to 7 PM, with occasional availability required for weekends and holidays as needed.
