As an Executive Recruiter, you will join a dynamic team focused on both the candidate and the client. In this vital role, you will manage both sides of the desk, executing the full life-cycle of direct hire recruiting for top-tier, mid- to senior-level professional job orders. You will need to balance a sense of urgency with a focus on existing clients while identifying new opportunities, interviewing candidates, and matching them with dream organizations.
Your success is our priority. You will participate in our best-in-class, paid New Colleague Training (NCT) program. This interactive and fun training includes group instruction, daily virtual classroom connections, and dedicated support from colleagues and a Training Manager. After graduation, you will have the flexibility to work in a hybrid model or remotely, maintaining strong connections with your team while working autonomously.
