As the Executive Director for Baltimore, you will serve as the strategic and operational leader for the market, responsible for driving its overall vision, performance, and long-term growth. Reporting to the Senior Vice President, you will oversee a team of approximately seven staff members and cultivate involvement from top-level corporate executives as leadership volunteers, strategic partners, and board members.
This role is pivotal in strengthening and expanding fundraising capacity, with a focus on sustained, scalable growth in both unrestricted and restricted field-campaign revenue. You will develop and execute the Baltimore strategic plan, ensuring alignment with the organization's broader goals while building powerful partnerships with community leaders, sponsors, and stakeholders. Success requires fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration, empowering high-performing teams to achieve aggressive growth targets.
As a key member of the Eastern States Team, you will ensure objectives are fully integrated with regional strategies. This hybrid position is based in the Baltimore metro area, with work conducted wherever it is most effective—in the field, at home, and in collaboration meetings. Daily local travel within the market is required.
