We are seeking a highly motivated, career-oriented Executive Director to lead our Montgomery County, PA location. This role serves as the management-level leader responsible for the daily operations and every aspect of the school. You will partner with the Director of Education to ensure staff are capable of planning and implementing a superior early childhood program.
In this position, you will act as a resource and leader to all personnel, managing the recruitment process from job ads to hiring qualified staff. You will be responsible for executing the sales process to build enrollment, maintaining business management practices, and ensuring compliance with all licensing and accrediting agencies. Success in this role requires a collaborative, team-building approach to staff leadership and the ability to relate well to both children and adults.
