Service is the foundation of everything we stand for at Vail Resorts. As a Kitchen Manager, you will be a visionary leader responsible for kitchen operations, promoting teamwork amongst staff, maintaining performance goals, and guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will manage the planning, development, and production of menu items while overseeing the culinary team, including hiring, training, and succession planning. Your role ensures standards for facility and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation are met in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
