We are looking for an experienced, dynamic culinary leader to oversee our café operations. You will bring equal parts creativity, operational excellence, and hospitality-driven leadership to the role. You will own the full culinary program, guide and develop your team, and ensure that every plate, every interaction, and every moment reflects our commitment to fresh, thoughtful, beautifully executed food.
About the Role
As Executive Chef, you will oversee all aspects of the café's culinary operations. You will champion seasonal, scratch-made cooking and elevate workplace dining with a modern, ingredient-driven approach. Your leadership will shape the culture of the kitchen, fostering pride, craftsmanship, and a shared commitment to delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will partner closely with the General Manager and client stakeholders to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and a seamless guest experience.
