About the Team

This role sits directly alongside the Founder and operates at the center of the company. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure the CEO is operating at maximum effectiveness. This is a high-trust, high-autonomy role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys solving complex problems, and takes pride in being the operational backbone behind a high-performing executive.

About the Role

We're looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO, John Hu, to act as the operational backbone of the business and an extension of the CEO in all day-to-day matters. In this role, you will own John's calendar, communications, travel, and personal logistics end-to-end, while proactively identifying and solving problems before they arise. You will partner closely with the Founder and team to ensure time, priorities, and energy are directed toward the highest-impact work.

This is a hands-on, high-responsibility role with significant ownership and visibility. You will bring structure to chaos, organizing information and workflows into clear systems, and build automations to increase efficiency. You will also support office and operational needs in our Venice Beach location.
