Our client is seeking a highly proactive and strategic Executive Assistant to support a Partner within a global fundraising and consulting firm. This position operates as a quasi-Chief of Staff, requiring strong critical thinking and the ability to anticipate needs several steps ahead. The ideal candidate is curious, confident, and deeply invested in the "why" behind their executive's work.
The environment is fast-paced and mission-driven. While hours are generally 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, flexibility to respond after hours as needed is expected. The role follows a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days onsite, aligned with the executive's schedule.
