The Assistant Director of Operations and Communications serves as a strategic partner to the Director of Admissions Data & Operations, bridging the gap between operational expertise and enrollment marketing initiatives. This role is designed to ensure accurate data flow and facilitate effective communication with prospective students across the entire enrollment funnel, from initial inquiry through to admission for doctoral, master's, and undergraduate programs.
In this position, you will manage the lifecycle of automated email campaigns and data integration projects. Your day-to-day involves collaborating with leadership to craft tailored messaging for segmented audiences, ensuring that communication reflects the unique needs of each student population. You will act as a central point of coordination between Marketing, IT, and academic programs, troubleshooting workflow issues and monitoring data integrity to support data-driven decision-making for university stakeholders.
