As the Director of Operations, you will play a strategic role on a dedicated team that continually strives to over-deliver on client expectations. This position provides strategic and hands-on leadership to ensure the company delivers exceptional programs and consistently exceeds client expectations. You will lead day-to-day operations, develop Account Managers and Operations team members, and ensure that proposals, vendors, staffing, and on-site execution are perfectly aligned with service standards, budgets, and timelines.

The successful candidate will be innovative, capable of creating logistical solutions, and able to provide strong leadership to the team.
