About the Role
Join BEST Crowd Management as an Event Security professional supporting major sports, entertainment, and convention venues. In this field-based role, you will serve as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment while controlling access points, performing bag checks, and managing lines and seating areas.
You will work within a professional, safety-focused team to monitor crowds, identify potential security issues, and respond to incidents using established de-escalation techniques and emergency procedures. Requirements
