You will serve as the first point of contact for attendees, performing access control, bag checks, and crowd management while delivering high-quality guest services. Your day-to-day involves monitoring entrances and exits, enforcing venue policies, and providing courteous assistance and problem resolution. You will observe and report safety issues, support crowd flow and line control, and collaborate with venue staff to ensure a secure environment for all events.
