About the Role

This hospitality-focused position is designed to ensure the safety and comfort of everyone attending our events. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, managing crowd flow, controlling access points, and conducting bag checks while maintaining a visible and reassuring security presence. Your role is vital in upholding safety procedures, supporting emergency response efforts, and protecting both people and property.

In this position, you will work closely with venue staff to coordinate effectively during high-pressure situations. Whether de-escalating conflicts, managing lines, or assisting with emergency evacuations, you will be expected to provide outstanding guest service alongside your security duties. Success in this role requires a balance of vigilance and approachability, ensuring that safety protocols are followed without compromising the event experience.
