About the Role

As the Estimator/Scheduler, you will serve as a critical partner in executing facilities programs by developing, maintaining, and analyzing project schedules and work estimates for construction, renovation, sustainment, and facilities operations. This role is designed to ensure accurate planning, sequencing, and coordination so that facilities projects are executed efficiently and on schedule.

In this position, you will build and manage Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) using industry-standard tools, performing deep analysis on critical paths, dependencies, constraints, and milestones. You will coordinate closely with facilities managers, engineers, architects, and construction managers to ensure schedules reflect real-world execution requirements. Your work will involve tracking performance, identifying delays, and recommending corrective actions while preparing status reports and forecasts for leadership. Success in this role requires navigating the complexities of secure, classified, or mission-critical facilities environments and balancing labor availability, material lead times, and access constraints.
