About the Team
Elite Recruiting and Consulting Services, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), is building an ongoing pipeline of experienced Federal construction professionals for upcoming projects with NAVFAC, USACE, and the National Guard nationwide. We support prime contractors preparing for new phases, new awards, and upcoming mobilizations.
About the Role
We are connecting with professionals who have specific experience working on military bases or federal vertical and horizontal projects. This initiative seeks to fill critical roles including Quality Control Managers, Construction Superintendents, Site Safety Officers (SSHO), Project Managers, Estimators, Schedulers, and Federal skilled trades personnel.
The projects span a variety of facilities, including access control facilities, barracks and housing, aircraft hangars, HVAC and MEP upgrades, ranges, training facilities, and renovations across Air Force, Army, Marine Corps, and Guard installations.
