We are seeking an Estate Planning/Probate Paralegal to join a practice dedicated to complex fiduciary work. In this position, you will manage the end-to-end administration of trusts and estates, preparing necessary probate and trust documents and notices specifically for Wisconsin. Your day-to-day will involve facilitating trust administrations, preparing fiduciary accountings, and handling gift and estate tax returns. You will also be responsible for scheduling and managing court and tax filings to ensure timely compliance.
