An ESS substitute teacher assists with classroom instruction in the absence of a regular teacher. This role is designed to maintain educational continuity and ensure a safe, orderly environment for students. You will follow and teach lesson plans, aid students in understanding subject matter, and ensure that regular classroom routines are followed. The position requires the flexibility to work in various school districts across the country, adapting to different school cultures and student needs while upholding the highest standards of care and instruction.
