About the Role

Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs, answer questions about our paints and coatings, and recommend the right solutions. This role is essential for ensuring maximum client satisfaction while helping the store meet its sales goals. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the store.

This is a full-time position based at Store #708264 in Olympia, WA (2303 Harrison Ave NW), with a requirement to work at multiple locations within a 10-mile radius. The role demands bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English to effectively serve our diverse customer base. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will handle contact with customers, which may include minors, and manage access to cash, payment methods, and valuable merchandise.

Hiring Process

1. Online Application: Find the role on our Careers page and set aside 15 minutes to create your profile by entering or importing your details.
2. Digital Interview: Upon review, qualified candidates will be invited to complete a digital video interview via HireVue. This consists of behavioral-based questions and can be completed on your schedule within 7 days of receiving the invitation.
3. In-Store Interview: Top candidates from the video interview stage will be invited to meet with our team in a store, specialty wholesale branch, floorcovering facility, or delivery service terminal.
