About the Role

Branch Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction while helping the store achieve its sales goals. Specialists are expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, stay up-to-date with product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the store.

This is a part-time position requiring bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. The selected candidate will work at multiple locations within a 10-mile radius of Store #728124 (12122 Mukilteo Speedway, Mukilteo, WA 98275). The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and merchandise, necessitating a review of criminal history to protect the safety of the business, staff, and public.

Hiring Process
