Branch Customer Service Specialists at Sherwin-Williams work closely with commercial paint customers to determine their needs, answer product questions, and recommend the right solutions. This role is designed to ensure maximum client satisfaction by promptly resolving concerns while maintaining the high quality and visual standards of the store. Specialists are tasked with achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
This is a part-time position requiring bilingual fluency in both Spanish and English. Selected candidates will be expected to work at multiple locations within a 15-mile radius of Store #723073 (3820 Rainier Ave S Ste G., Seattle, WA 98118). The role involves contact with customers, including minors, and access to cash, electronic equipment, and store merchandise.
