The Trenton Board of Education is seeking a dedicated Elementary Teacher and ESL Teacher to join the team at Kilmer Intermediate School. This full-time, 10-month position is designed to support the diverse needs of students by fostering a developmentally appropriate classroom environment. The role focuses on guiding the learning process to achieve curriculum goals while maintaining positive, cooperative relationships with colleagues, students, and families.
As an educator in this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing instructional plans that address the unique abilities and interests of all students. You will serve as a key partner in the district's educational philosophy, ensuring that your instructional practices and professional conduct align with the district's goals. Reporting directly to the Building Principal, you will play a vital part in the academic and social growth of the student body.
Applicants must hold a valid New Jersey Teacher Certification or be eligible for appropriate certification. All certificated positions require a valid certificate issued by the New Jersey Department of Education (NJDOE).
