The ERP System Administrator plays a pivotal role in Uplift Education's digital transformation, specifically focused on assisting with a new ERP implementation and managing the system's long-term success. This position serves as the technical bridge between Finance, Human Resources, and IT stakeholders, ensuring the system remains stable, secure, and fully functional.
In this capacity, you will not only administer and configure Workday modules but also drive system enhancements and troubleshoot complex issues. The role requires a strategic mindset to analyze technology needs and support Uplift's growth, while simultaneously acting as a subject matter expert who mentors junior staff and creates training documentation for end-users. You will be the primary liaison for Workday helpdesk tickets and the point of contact for coordinating with third-party vendors on incidents.
This role is primarily conducted in an office setting within the Uplift Education district, though travel to multiple sites is required. The position involves operating office equipment and technology devices, with occasional physical demands including lifting or carrying technology equipment up to 50 pounds.
