About the Role
Denali Water Solutions is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to support daily operations involving compost, mulch, and topsoil production. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while assisting with material handling, loading operations, and landfill transportation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front-end wheel loaders and other production equipment in an outdoor industrial environment. This role also requires a valid CDL to operate company vehicles, utilizing commercial vehicles to transport roll-off containers to landfills and dump trucks to transport product to customer locations.

Requirements

Nice to Have
Experience operating screening machines or similar processing equipment. Experience in compost, mulch, landfill, construction, recycling, or agricultural operations. Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with DOT regulations and equipment safety procedures. Clean driving record.
