Denali Water Solutions is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Equipment Operator to support daily operations involving compost, mulch, and topsoil production. This position is responsible for operating heavy equipment safely and efficiently while assisting with material handling, loading operations, and landfill transportation activities. The ideal candidate will have experience operating front-end wheel loaders and other production equipment in an outdoor industrial environment. This role also requires a valid CDL to operate company vehicles and transport trash compactors to designated landfill locations several times per week.
This position is safety-sensitive and requires a clear mind and diligence. Employees are responsible for their own safety as well as the safety of others. You will work closely with operations and production teams to maintain workflow efficiency in a collaborative, values-driven team culture.

Experience operating screening machines or similar processing equipment. Experience in compost, mulch, landfill, construction, recycling, or agricultural operations. Knowledge of heavy equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Familiarity with DOT regulations and equipment safety procedures.
