About the Role
As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of assigned equipment, ensuring strict compliance with company safety policies and performing routine maintenance. This role is critical to our mission of prioritizing safety as our Number One Core Value. You will work closely with the Project Superintendent and Foreman to monitor equipment status, manage fuel levels, and maintain daily condition reports. Your day-to-day involves not only operating machinery but also ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of the equipment, including daily cab sweeping, weekly interior cleaning, and bi-weekly lubrication. Success in this position requires strong interpersonal skills to adapt to various management styles and a dedication to team success through hard work and professionalism.
