About the Role
As an Equipment Operator in Glendale, AZ, you will be the backbone of our daily facility operations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in maintaining the critical infrastructure that turns waste into resources. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wastewater, septic, and used cooking oil (UCO) processing systems. Your day-to-day involves receiving and offloading incoming loads, monitoring tank levels and flow rates, and adjusting chemical dosing to ensure proper treatment and separation. Beyond technical operation, you will maintain clean and organized work areas, complete daily production logs, and communicate operational needs to leadership. This is a mission-driven position where your attention to detail directly contributes to a positive environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities

- check_circleManage sludge, FOG, and solids handling including transfer to designated storage or disposal areas
- check_circlePerform routine inspections of piping, hoses, and equipment to ensure proper function
- check_circleMaintain clean and organized work areas following 5S standards
- check_circleComplete daily logs, production tracking, and basic reporting on loads processed and issues
- check_circleOffload pallets from trucks and DE package pallets
- check_circleIdentify and report near misses, spills, or unsafe conditions immediately
Requirements
