As an Equipment Operator in Glendale, AZ, you will be the backbone of our daily facility operations. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and take pride in maintaining the critical infrastructure that turns waste into resources. You will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of wastewater, septic, and used cooking oil (UCO) processing systems. Your day-to-day involves receiving and offloading incoming loads, monitoring tank levels and flow rates, and adjusting chemical dosing to ensure proper treatment and separation. Beyond technical operation, you will maintain clean and organized work areas, complete daily production logs, and communicate operational needs to leadership. This is a mission-driven position where your attention to detail directly contributes to a positive environmental impact.
