About the Role
This position is vital to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. You will be the backbone of our clinic's daily operations, ensuring that every exam room is restocked nightly and that all facilities are pristine. Your work directly supports the clinic's ability to meet its goals by facilitating a healthy space for care delivery.
Your day will involve a variety of tasks ranging from sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors to dusting furniture and polishing fixtures. You will mix cleaning solutions to wash windows, walls, and ceilings, and manage waste receptacles. Beyond interior cleaning, you will assist with grounds keeping, clearing sidewalks and parking lots during inclement weather, including snow, ice, and mud. You will also handle light maintenance duties such as replacing lights, adjusting blinds, and operating light-duty equipment. Success in this role requires the ability to work effectively as part of a team and promote strong working relations.
