As the Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) Manager, you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for ESH training, programs, and processes. Your mission is to uphold an uncompromised commitment to environmental protection while ensuring the productivity and safety of the company's employees. You will serve as a key advisor to business lines, project management, and company organizations, interpreting and promulgating ESH practices in alignment with client requirements and current legislation.
In this role, you will lead the implementation of comprehensive ESH programs, including site-based plans, orientation, and recognition initiatives. You will drive a culture that balances productivity with safety for all project staff and visitors. Your day-to-day involves making high-level decisions on engineering and scientific problems, running gap analyses to ensure compliance between company practices and regulatory mandates, and fostering a safe work environment through proactive standards and goals.
