About the Role
This unique opportunity serves as a vital liaison within Cook Children's Clinical and Research Department, connecting a diverse team of 200+ professionals, including clinical staff, researchers, and external funding partners. As an Executive Administrator, you will act as the primary point of contact for guests and visitors, ensuring seamless logistics for site visits, clinical rounds, and special engagements.
The role offers strong exposure to senior leadership, including the C-suite, and requires close collaboration across Marketing, PR, Communications, and Executive Leadership. You will manage the end-to-end logistics for approximately 20 events annually, handling everything from calendar scheduling and agenda preparation to the coordination of catering, marketing materials, and gift baskets. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, research-driven medical business environment and enjoys facilitating high-level interactions.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Fort Worth, TX, requiring onsite presence for events and key activities. You will work within a corporate setting that values agility and excellence, supporting a department dedicated to advancing pediatric care and research.
