About the Role
This position is designed for Entry Level Technicians who want to turn their passion for automobiles into a long-term career. This role is a foundational step on the path to becoming a professional Automotive Technician. You will work alongside real mentors and experienced technicians who are invested in your growth, not just in keeping you where you are. The goal is to learn, advance your skills, and grow the team together.
In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, make recommendations in accordance with manufacturer specifications, and execute essential maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid fills, and preventive maintenance. You will also handle tire balancing, rotations, and inspections for uneven wear. Success in this position requires reliability, a no-nonsense work ethic, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision while continuously increasing your technical knowledge.
