About the Role

This position is designed for Entry Level Technicians who want to turn their passion for cars into a long-term career. This role is a foundational step on the path to becoming a professional Automotive Technician. You will work alongside real mentors and experienced technicians who are invested in your development, not just in keeping you where you are, but in helping you advance your skills and grow the team together.

In this role, you will perform comprehensive vehicle inspections, making recommendations in accordance with manufacturer specifications. Your daily responsibilities will include performing oil changes, full maintenance inspections, filling fluids, and other preventive maintenance tasks. You will also handle tire balancing, rotations, and inspections for uneven wear. Success in this position requires reliability, a hard-working attitude, and the ability to work independently with limited supervision while demonstrating a motivation to continually increase your technical knowledge.
