About the Role
As a real estate agent, you will represent home sellers and buyers through transactions, coordinating with third-party entities, managing paperwork, and negotiating prices. The role involves performing strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in buying or selling real estate. You will interact with clients through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, and open houses, while operating with an optimistic entrepreneurial mindset and an unwavering drive to help clients find the right property.

Compensation Model
