About the Role

As a real estate sales agent at Keller Williams, you will work as your own boss, enjoying the flexibility to set your own pace and schedule. Your day-to-day will involve representing home sellers and buyers through real estate transactions. You will master productive strategies to negotiate prices, coordinate with third-party entities, and manage transaction paperwork. Additionally, you will employ strategic prospecting methods to connect with new clients interested in buying or selling real estate.

To ensure your success, we provide the most thorough hands-on sales training available, supplemented by access to the industry's most efficient platforms for scouting leads and closing deals. Whether you are a seasoned professional or just starting, our goal is to help you thrive.

Getting Started

If you do not currently hold a salesperson license, you are still encouraged to apply. Once your application is received, our affiliate real estate school will contact you with information on obtaining your license. You can complete your real estate training in as little as 54 days.

Compensation Model

Real estate agents operate as independent contractors. This structure offers the potential to earn $100,000+ in one year as a full-time agent. Please note that income is purely commission-based; there is no hourly wage or salary provided.
