Come and join the magic with Aulani, A Disney Resort and Spa! As a Cast Member, you will be the heart of our guest experience, engaging and interacting with guests of all ages. You will lead and support events, programs, and activities throughout the resort, including our Community Halls and surrounding outdoor venues.
In the Pau Hana Room, you will act as a fully trained team member supporting and assisting all programming. Your day will involve facilitating and supporting family activities for children of all ages, coordinating family and adult events, and leading programs such as parties, movie screenings, and arts and crafts. You will also support activities in the Community Hall, providing general resort knowledge and offerings to our guests.
Safety is a top priority; you will be responsible for the safety of guests while they are in the Community Halls and areas around the resort. You are expected to demonstrate and participate in all activities, crafts, and interactions, ensuring a dynamic and engaging atmosphere. Additionally, you will maintain the environment by cleaning and sanitizing furniture, props, and equipment.

Schedule Availability This is a part-time role requiring full availability on Saturdays and Sundays. You must also be available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 3:30 PM for luau assistance per business needs. During the training period, availability up to 40 hours per week is required.
