The Division of Transportation Solutions is dedicated to providing excellence in transportation by developing, constructing, and maintaining the State's infrastructure. About the Role

This position serves as a critical operational hub for the Department's automated enforcement safety programs, specifically overseeing Red Light, Intersection Obstruction, and Speed Enforcement initiatives. You will partner closely with management to steward vendor agreements, guide enforcement site selection processes, and conduct field reviews. Your work ensures the integrity of program performance and financial reporting while serving as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries. The role also involves representing the Department in court when necessary, bridging the gap between technical enforcement data and legal proceedings.

Successful candidates must meet several conditions of hire, including legal authorization to work in the United States (DelDOT does not provide employment-based sponsorship), a satisfactory criminal background check, and a valid driver's license. Pre-employment drug testing is also required. New hires must attend the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment.
