About the Role
Are you looking to be part of a growing team in the automotive and medical industries where your work directly impacts someone's life? In this role, you will play a key part in supporting new medical molding program launches, mold validations, and ongoing production success. You will collaborate closely with Process, Quality, Tooling, and Automation Engineers, as well as production teams, to improve manufacturing performance and reduce downtime.
Your day-to-day will involve hands-on troubleshooting of molding processes, automation systems, and tooling challenges in a fast-paced environment. You will execute mold trials, assist with setups and changeovers, and adjust processes to maintain product specifications and reduce scrap. Beyond technical execution, you will participate in continuous improvement and 5S initiatives, ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient production environment while communicating critical status updates to shift leads and engineering teams.
