The Opportunity
We are seeking Engineering Managers to lead critical initiatives across our Investment Performance, Testing & Engineering Excellence (T3), and Spectra (Money Movement) product families. These roles are designed for leaders who want to own delivery, engineering quality, and team growth while staying hands-on with technology.
In the Investment Performance space, you will drive the modernization of mainframe systems to AWS, owning the end-to-end delivery of scalable data solutions. You will partner with stakeholders to align on risks and outcomes while maintaining technical depth in Python and PySpark.
Within the T3 team, you will lead the mission for testing and engineering excellence. Acting as a product owner for shared quality capabilities, you will define testing strategies, mature common tools, and drive engineering standards across the organization. This role requires influencing quality outcomes and improving product health through collaboration with product, SRE, and architecture leaders.
For the Spectra team, you will enable advised clients to access their money when they need it. You will manage the next generation of Advice Money Movement, expanding functionality based on client input and driving AI adoption across a full-stack team. This position involves coordinating complex transfer flows with upstream and downstream teams while balancing customer needs with technical sustainability.
Across all three areas, you will lead, coach, and develop high-performing engineering teams, championing the adoption of emerging technologies and ensuring a culture of continuous improvement.
