About the Role
As an Engineering Manager, you will lead a multi-disciplinary group of engineers in designing, optimizing, and industrializing solutions that drive our customers' success. This role is pivotal in owning project delivery from concept through production, where you will champion Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to drive quality and cost improvements.
You will partner closely with operations, supply chain, and sales teams to define requirements and deliver tailored customer solutions. Beyond technical oversight, you will coach engineers, champion continuous improvement and Lean practices, and foster a collaborative, inclusive culture aligned with Arrow's performance-driven values. This position offers broad exposure to complex customer challenges and cross-functional growth opportunities within a dynamic global environment.
