About the Role
ROW NYC seeks an Engineering Manager to lead facilities, maintenance, and asset management for our vibrant Manhattan hotel. In this on-site role, you will oversee building systems, preventive maintenance, and capital projects to ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-ready environment. You will manage a team of engineers and vendors, uphold NYC compliance and safety standards, and partner with operations and guest services to resolve issues quickly.
Ideal candidates bring strong technical expertise, hospitality experience, and a commitment to innovation and service excellence in a fast-paced urban hotel setting. This position is central to maintaining the operational integrity of a full-service hotel, ensuring that every guest experience is supported by reliable infrastructure and a proactive maintenance culture.

Requirements
