The Manager, Propulsion System Interface and Serial Data Calibration leads a horizontal calibration team dedicated to delivering robust propulsion interface and serial data solutions. This role supports multiple vertical calibration organizations across gas engine, diesel engine, and PHEV applications. The position combines people leadership, technical direction, and cross-functional execution ownership, requiring the ability to align work across software, controls, safety, validation, and vehicle teams.
Success in this role demands strong technical judgment and disciplined execution to resolve complex issues cutting across software, controls, safety, and vehicle integration. You will represent calibration perspectives in technical reviews and program forums while fostering a culture of innovation focused on strategic opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and speed.
