You will serve as the Engineering Automation Engineering Group Supervisor (EGS) on the Sentinel Program, a critical initiative to modernize the ground-based leg of the U.S. nuclear deterrent triad. As the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partner on the Northrop Grumman team, you will lead the engineering automation discipline during the Engineering & Manufacturing Development (EMD) phase.
In this role, you will supervise automation engineers and execute assignments that support the USAF Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. You will interface and coordinate software development and integrations between engineering, procurement, construction, and the client. Your day-to-day involves interpreting and organizing technical assignments, defining scope, and developing novel concepts to ensure the project information is effectively managed within a shared digital engineering environment. You will also foster an inclusive team environment, demonstrating leadership qualities with an emphasis on continuous improvement and team building.
