As a Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Specialist, you will serve as a critical technical resource for facility management, space management, and project design. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of our "GOLD MASTER" facility drawings and manage complex 2D and 3D models that drive emergency management, security planning, and asset management strategies.
Your day-to-day work involves collaborating with engineers, project managers, and contractors to develop Design Intent Documents (DIDs) and maintain accurate space utilization records. You will be responsible for integrating CAD, BIM, and GIS data with the Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) and ARCHIBUS, ensuring all deliverables comply with NGA standards. This position requires a high level of precision to support lifecycle models and facilitate seamless data interoperability across multiple software platforms.
Candidates selected for this role must possess a Top Secret/Secret (TS/SCI) clearance with a CI Polygraph. The application process involves a review of qualifications and clearance status, followed by interviews with the hiring team to assess technical proficiency and cultural fit.

Experience with Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage, SketchUp, and Esri ArcGIS. Experience with ARCHIBUS or other IWMS platforms. Experience with data integration and interoperability between software platforms. Strong communication, collaboration, and technical training skills. Experience developing and delivering presentations.
Skills: Computer-Aided Design, Building Information Modeling, Archibus, Iwms, Integrated Workplace Management System, Autocad, Revit, Microsoft Excel, Civil 3D, Navisworks Manage.
Education: Bachelor's Degree and 5+ Years of experience, or equivalent experience.
