About the Role

As the Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Building Information Modeling (BIM) Manager, you will provide expert technical leadership to a team dedicated to supporting the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA). This role is critical for ensuring the successful execution of facility management projects aligned with strict NGA standards.

In this position, you will drive the development and implementation of CAD/BIM standards, best practices, and workflows. You will oversee the creation and maintenance of accurate 2D/3D models and drawings, ensuring seamless integration with IWMS-ARCHIBUS. Your day-to-day involves guiding the team through complex design reviews, clash detection, and problem-solving while mentoring engineers and contractors on NGA compliance.

You will serve as the primary liaison for stakeholder interactions, leading coordination meetings and providing advanced support across facility management domains such as space management, emergency planning, security, and asset management. A key part of your mission is maintaining the integrity of the Agency's "GOLD MASTER" facility drawings, ensuring they accurately reflect as-built conditions and incorporating necessary revisions.

Hiring Process
