We are seeking a Test Engineer to support the integration, verification, and validation of advanced radar systems. This role is pivotal in executing test activities across development and integration environments, ensuring system performance meets rigorous requirements and supporting the transition from development into production.
You will work closely with systems, hardware, and software teams to plan and execute testing, analyze results, and resolve issues in a complex, multidisciplinary environment. Your day-to-day will involve performing system, subsystem, and component-level testing in lab and integration settings, collecting and processing data to evaluate radar performance, and identifying and troubleshooting anomalies. You will also contribute to improving test processes, data analysis, and overall test efficiency while assisting in the development of test automation tools and scripts.
This position requires regular in-person engagement, working on-site five days each week at the primary location. The role may involve travel between company campuses or other non-company locations. Work is performed in diverse settings including offices, laboratories, production floors, cleanrooms, and potentially outdoors or in remote research environments. Occasionally, you may work in production work centers requiring protective equipment or access facilities in various weather conditions.

Experience with radar or RF systems testing. Familiarity with test equipment (e.g., oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, signal generators). Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., MATLAB, Python, or equivalent). Experience with test automation or scripting. Understanding of systems engineering processes, including requirements verification. Experience supporting environmental or qualification testing.
