About the Role
As an experienced Transportation Engineer based in Fargo, ND, you will lead a team of engineers to plan and design safe, smooth, and efficient roadway systems for communities across the Midwest. This role is designed to manage a variety of transportation projects from the environmental stage through construction, ensuring all designs adhere to Federal, State, and Local specifications.
In this position, you will play an active role in growing and expanding our transportation services. You will guide project activities through their entire lifecycle, overseeing detailed engineering analyses, schedules, and technical reports. Success in this role requires fostering a project team culture of superior customer service while collaborating effectively with CAD designers, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time, and with high quality.
