About the Role

This temporary, full-time position is located at the Sheraton Atlantic City Convention Center Hotel. As a key member of the Engineering & Facilities team, you will be the first point of contact for guest repair requests, ensuring a seamless experience by resolving maintenance issues with professionalism and speed.

Your day will involve a dynamic mix of hands-on technical work and guest interaction. You will perform preventive maintenance on tools and mechanical equipment, troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems, and handle general building upkeep such as painting, drywall repair, and landscaping. Beyond the technical tasks, you will program guest TVs, manage inventory, and communicate daily activities to other shifts to ensure operational continuity.

A core part of this role is delivering genuine hospitality. You will welcome and acknowledge all guests, anticipate their service needs, and assist individuals with disabilities. You are expected to maintain a clean and professional appearance, adhere to strict safety and security policies, and foster positive working relationships with your team to reach common goals.
