About the Role
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, this position serves as a vital support pillar for our properties, ensuring that the seamless blend of art and hospitality remains uninterrupted. The role exists to maintain the physical integrity of our buildings while actively enhancing the guest experience through proactive care and rapid response.
In a typical day, you will walk the building daily to identify lights out, obvious breakdowns, or blemishes, ensuring our spaces remain pristine. You will coordinate closely with the Front Desk and Housekeeping to resolve guest issues, from fixing broken furniture to assisting with internet connectivity. Beyond standard maintenance, you will assist the valet team with guest auto issues like jump starts and flat tires, embodying our commitment to going above and beyond for our visitors.
